A practice should earn its place. So your first 30 days are risk-free — and we've written this plainly, the way the rest of aeon works: no fine print, no retention maze.

The 30-Day Guarantee
Try aeon for 30 days. If the practice isn't for you, write to us within 30 days of your first shipment arriving and we'll refund that first payment in full — to your original payment method. No hoops, no hard feelings.
Keep the bottles
You don't need to send anything back — not even opened tubs. Use them, gift them, or set them aside. The guarantee is about whether the practice earned its place in your life, not about returning product.
What's covered
Your first order — including the doubled welcome shipment — is fully covered for 30 days from delivery. Your membership in The Daily Practice (the daily reflections) is part of that first month, so you're judging the whole experience, not just the powder.
What isn't
The guarantee applies to your first order only. Later monthly renewals aren't covered by the money-back guarantee — but you can pause or cancel any time before a renewal so you're never charged for something you didn't want (see below). Products bought somewhere other than aeon directly (a reseller or marketplace) aren't eligible. We also reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of evident abuse or fraud — it keeps the "keep the bottles" promise possible for everyone.
How to request a refund
Email support@aeonlongevity.co from the address on your order and tell us you'd like to use the guarantee — no lengthy reason required. We'll confirm and process the refund to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days. (Original shipping, where charged, isn't refundable.)
Managing your membership
Pause, skip, change your frequency, or cancel any time from your account — in one click. No phone call, no chat gauntlet, no "are you sure" maze. And we send a reminder before every charge, so a renewal never surprises you.
Cancellation timing & orders already on the way
Cancel or pause before your next billing date and you won't be charged for the next cycle. If an order has already been prepared or shipped when you cancel, that shipment is on its way and isn't refundable — but it's yours to keep, and nothing further is billed.
Damaged, wrong, or lost shipments
This is separate from the guarantee and always made right. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, or doesn't arrive, email support@aeonlongevity.co within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund it — no return needed.
Shipping & eligibility
aeon ships within the United States only. The guarantee and refunds apply to U.S. orders.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. aeon is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and individual results vary. Refunds, subscriptions, and disputes are also governed by our Terms of Service.
