1. Subscription Terms

By subscribing to sitemap.xml, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a monthly recurring basis. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via your customer portal with effect from the next billing cycle.

2. Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled via our fulfillment partner and typically ship within 2–3 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

3. Refunds

First orders are covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Contact our support team within 30 days of receipt. Subsequent orders may be eligible for refund at our discretion if the product is defective or not as described.

4. Acceptable Use

You must be 18 years or older to purchase. Products are intended for healthy adults. Consult a physician before use if you have a medical condition or take prescription medications.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, sitemap.xml's liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules.
